Anti-reflective film (AR) allows more visible light to pass through. [Free initial design]

It is an optical thin-film filter that reduces the reflectance at specific wavelengths and improves transmittance. By increasing the amount of light, it contributes to energy saving and power reduction.

Light reflects at the boundary with air, causing 4% reflection on one side and 8% reflection on both sides of the glass, resulting in a reflection of one's own image. An anti-reflective coating (AR = Anti Reflection Coating) is an optical thin film created by alternately depositing dielectrics with different refractive indices, which causes interference. This principle of interference is utilized to reduce the reflectance of specific wavelengths and improve transmittance. Are you facing any of these issues? - Want to reduce reflections and ghosting in window materials? - Looking for ways to improve visibility and achieve clear image quality? - Want to reduce internal reflections and prevent flare? - Looking to increase light levels to contribute to energy savings? - Is it possible to design an anti-reflective coating (AR) that considers the angle of incidence?

Dual-wavelength anti-reflective coating

It is a special anti-reflective coating (AR coat) that can have peaks at multiple wavelengths. It is a filter that can be optimally designed for various optical devices.

【1】Are you facing any of these issues? ◆Is there a way to prevent reflection by matching the wavelength of CDs and DVDs? ◆Is there a method to improve visibility and achieve clear image quality? ◆Is it possible to custom design and apply coatings? ◆I want to increase light output to contribute to energy savings. ◆Can we design an anti-reflective (AR) coating that takes the angle of incidence into account? 【2】Features of Adachi New Industry's dual-wavelength AR (anti-reflective coating) 1) It supports two wavelengths for CD (780nm) and DVD (650nm). We also offer custom designs that accommodate the two wavelengths for DVD (650nm) and Blu-ray as well as HD-DVD (405nm). 2) It prevents light reflection from both sides of the substrate (thereby improving transmittance). Because it can minimize light loss, clear images can be obtained even in complex optical systems with long optical paths without compromising the incident light. 3) It can be applied to various substrates, including glass and resin films. However, since our process is batch-type (sheet-type), the maximum size is □200mm.

3-wavelength anti-reflective coating

It is a special anti-reflective coating (AR coat) that can have peaks at multiple wavelengths. It is a filter that can be optimally designed for various optical devices.

【1】Are you facing any of these issues? ◆Is there a way to prevent reflection by matching the wavelength of CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays? ◆Is there a method to improve visibility and achieve clear image quality? ◆Is it possible to custom design and apply thin films? ◆I want to increase light output to contribute to energy savings. ◆Can we design an anti-reflective (AR) film considering the angle of incidence? 【2】Features of Adachi New Industry's dual-wavelength AR (anti-reflective film) 1) Multi-layer structure: The three-wavelength anti-reflective film consists of multiple dielectric thin film layers. 2) Selective anti-reflection: It exhibits high anti-reflective effectiveness for specific wavelength ranges of light. Reflection of specific light is suppressed, enhancing the visibility of devices and displays. 3) Wide wavelength range compatibility: The three-wavelength anti-reflective film is typically effective across a wide wavelength range, covering both the visible light region and the near-infrared region. It can demonstrate high performance against various light sources. 4) Advances in thin film technology: It has been improved by advances in thin film technology. With advanced manufacturing techniques and material selection, it is applied to compact devices and displays.
